We offer a 7-day return policy for all Keychron products to ensure you are completely satisfied with your typing experience. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the keyboard and all included accessories, cables, and keycap pullers in the original retail box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
